This work was created on a whim. I discovered that you get a really cool sound if you record a drone with an ebow onto a microcassette recorder. Then I discovered it sounds even cooler if you play the microcassette recorder very close to guitar pick ups. So after doing this for about an hour I decided to try something else; I got my 4 track tape recorder and set up all my pedals and tried to create some kind of feedback loop going from the headphone jack back into the line input of the 4 track. It didn't quite work very well in the end but it created a very interesting cacophony of electrical interference and the original recording with effects. So I went with it and This was the result.

I felt this was a very relaxing and evolving piece born from experimentation. The only purpose is to hopefully give you something to listen to while you're studying, relaxing, or trying to sleep. If you find yourself here because of that, then I hope its successful in that regard.
